Enamel reactor maintenance:

1. In order to improve the repair effect, the epoxy-phenolic mixture is usually used to repair, in which butyl rubber is added to improve the flexibility and firmness of the repair.

2. If the enamel reactor has a large area of damage, can be repaired by glazing. If not, the device can be repaired by heating the back with a flame.

3. Repair the damaged parts with corrosion-resistant metallic paint, paint the damaged parts and cover them with metal sheets.

4. Repair with synthetic resins and other chemically stable materials.

5. With corrosion-resistant metal repair: you can repair pinhole-type small defects.

6. Surface treatment enamel reactor, deep treatment of each damage point.

7. Clean the surface and then coat it with a carbon nanopolymer material.

8. Polish the entire surface to remove the glaze.

9. Check for surface stress cleaning after cooling.

10. CURE treatment, repair complete.

11. Heat to remove pressure.

The enamel reactor was damaged because of our lack of routine maintenance of it. So in order to fundamentally avoid this situation, we must do a good job in the daily maintenance of equipment, timely maintenance if there is a problem.
