One. spray paint room exhaust
The paint mist, benzene, toluene, xylene and non-methane total hydrocarbons produced in the spray painting process are removed through the water curtain defogging system first, and the remaining waste gas is adsorbed by activated carbon and discharged through a 15-meter high exhaust cylinder, the effluent concentration conforms to the secondary standard of“Comprehensive emission standard for air pollutants”（GB16297-1996） .
Tow. shot blasting exhaust gas
The paint dust produced by the hook shot blasting machine is discharged through the 15-meter high exhaust cylinder after being treated by the matched bag filter, the emission concentration meets the requirement of 30MG/m3 for other dust sources in table 2 of the comprehensive emission standard for particulate matter from fixed sources in Shandong province （DB37/1996 -2011） .
Three. spray powder and enamel burn exhaust gasA certain amount of dust is produced in the dusting and firing process of this project, which is discharged by the 15m high exhaust cylinder after being treated by the bag filter. The emission concentration meets the requirement of 30MG/m3 for other dust sources in table 2 of the comprehensive emission standard for particulate matter from fixed sources in Shandong province （DB37/1996 -2011） .

The project gas cutting welding dust through the workshop exhaust system exhaust, the use of SCREEN3 model prediction, the concentration of soot can meet the requirements of Zibo’s “Notice on raising the emission standards of major pollutants from key industries and regions of the city”.
Tow. oil volatilization
A small amount of organic waste gas volatilized during the pouring, using and storing of lubricating oil in the machining equipment of this project. According to the prediction of SCREEN3 model, the emission concentration conforms to the secondary standard of“Comprehensive emission standard for air pollutants”（GB16297-1996） .
Three. paint air-dry exhaust
The project needs to be air-dried after painting is finished. Organic waste gas is produced during air-drying, which is non-organized emission. It is predicted by using SCREEN3 model, the emission concentration conforms to the secondary standard of“Comprehensive emission standard for air pollutants”（GB16297-1996） .
2. Waste water
The main wastewater of this project is domestic sewage. Domestic sewage is pre-treated in septic tanks and then sent to the municipal sewage network for further treatment at the water quality purification plant of everbright water （Zibo） limited, the quality of domestic sewage discharge meets the grade B standard in table 1 of“Sewage discharge into urban sewer water quality standard”（CJ343-2010） .
Noise
Noise reduction measures such as vibration reduction and sound insulation for high noise equipment can make the factory boundary noise up to the standard.
4. Solid waste
The solid waste of this project has been properly disposed without secondary pollution.
